Job Title:National Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Description:
Dalbit Petroleum (T) Limited is a company which specializes in the
‘sale and distribution of Petroleum Products in the Republic of
Tanzania.
In order to support its growth initiative, talent development and
enhancement of shareholder value, Dalbit Petroleum (T) Limited is
looking for a highly organized, talented and innovative individual with
demonstrated leadership qualities to fill the position of National Sales
and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for the local market;
Ensure high level of company visibility in the market;
Establish and maintain good corporate relations and implement customer care management. programs.
Steer Market research, intelligence and conceptualize new products for the market;
Identifying high potential outlets and other business opportunities / development
Mentoring and coaching staff reporting to him.
National Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, the purpose
of this position is to formulate and implement sales and marketing
strategies to ensure increased revenue, profit a market share and
customer satisfaction.
Skills and Attributes
Bachelors degree in Business Related Field and/or a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Marketing will be an added advantage
Knowledge of the Oil industry
Demonstrated excellent people management skills
At least (10) years experience in sales and marketing, 5 of which
should be in the Oil industryin a senior position in Sales and
Marketing.
